NolteHartman is owned by Andre Nolte, a Chartered Accountant and Annelize Hartman, an Accountant, both from Pretoria. The business is based on the core values of integrity, professionalism, quality and dedication which will ensure timeous recordkeeping, financial statements and tax returns which will in turn take deadline pressure off you, the client.

NolteHartman (Pty) Ltd is committed to enhance all SME’s business skills by presenting functional financial related products and services to enable them to become more successful in their health and wealth compliances.

Andre Nolte

Executive Director

Andre is a certified Chartered Accountant (SA) since 2001 and studied at the University of Pretoria. He joined KPMG from 1999-2004 and was fortunate to travel to Vancouver, Canada for four months on an international Assignment for KPMG. Andre was in charge of the Audit for several companies during his time there and managed several key accounts at KPMG for example ABB Power Transformers, Iscor Ltd, Tiger Brands Ltd, Philips SA etc.

During January 2013, Andre decided to start his own financial service business with the focus to specialize in small and medium businesses. The objective is to provide SME’s with accounting, monthly processing, payroll, auditing and taxation services.

Andre is a SARS registered Tax Practitioner and therefore does tax returns and tax related inquiries for his clients.He has all the required software programs to execute these tasks i.e. Pastel Accounting, Pastel Payroll, Caseware, Taxware and SARS E-filing.

Annelize Hartman

Managing Director

Annelize's experience ranges from being an assistant financial manager, human resources manager, assistant general manager, general manager and business owner.

She is a registered tax practitioner and currently doing her Certified Financial Accountant degree at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She attended the VIP Payroll courses in TAX, Payroll phase 1, 2, & 3 as well as Personnel courses and is also a registered certified Sage One Online Accounting advisor.

Annelizes expertise is on the following - Registration of individuals and businesses for Tax Income, Individual and provisional Tax Returns, Business Tax Returns, SARS – Income Tax, PAYE, SDL and VAT, DoL - UIF and Compensation registration and related assistance, CIPC – Registering and purchasing of Companies, Business Plans, Budget set up, Data Capturing for small businesses, Financial assistance, Accounting Advise, Financial Statements, Payroll and Payslips, Tax Clearances, Tax Directives and VDP Agreements, Shares and Share certificates, Payroll - Payroll for all small business on a Payroll system, Easyfile, EMP501 Recons, EMP201, Issue IRP5’s.

Jadine Potgieter

Say hello to Jadine Potgieter, our Senior Client Account and Office Manager. She was born in the Eastern Free State and completed her B Tech degree in Hospitality Management in 2016. She decided to join NolteHartman in 2017 to pursue a career in accounting, her true passion while studying Financial accounting part time.

 

Personally, she is amateur Golf Player and has participated in the Sanlam Cancer Golf Challenges and many more golf tournaments. 

Professionally, she enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing the team!

With her attention to detail, accuracy, and passion to assist our individual clients and business, you can be rest assured that you will never be disappointed to have her on your side!

Anri Potgieter

Say Hello to Anri Potgieter, our Administrative Clerk and Office Assistant. She was also born in the Eastern Free State, but took a leap and started a new life in Pretoria.

She decided to join the Noltehartman family in 2018. Since then she has made sure that our administrative flow runs flawlessly. She also assists the Account's Managers and Directors with certain tasks when requested.

She is your go-to person when you have request regarding your files that are stored offsite! 

Personally, she has a passion for animals, mainly dogs and treat her dogs as if they are her children! She also has interests in reading books and criminal investigative documentaries.

Professionally, she strives to assist our clients and ensure that messages and request are accurately and timeously given through to the necessary personnel. 

Anri has been a part of the family for 1.5 years!

Rico Meyer

This is Rico Meyer, our latest Junior Accounts Manager. He was born in Gauteng but moved to Cape Town with his family as a child. He matriculated in Cape Town and sought out a new and more exciting life in a big city! Moving to Pretoria he worked as an Accounts Manager for a fencing company for 1.5 years.

Finding his passion for finances he joined the NolteHartman family early 2019 to pursue his career in accounting while studying Financial accounting part time with the intent to complete his CA(SA) Chartered Accounting Qualification.

 Personally, he is a very friends and family orientated person, and loves to spend time with them. His hobbies include, Hiking, Road Trips, Reading books, listening to music, creating memories and dabbling in Politics and Law.  

Professionally, he is a strong-willed,determined person who will go out of his way to assist with your request and needs. He enjoys problem solving and working directly with our clients ensuring that our customers are satisfied.
